What happens when I create a Company in the Boab IT Portal?
Apart from verifying your details, you will have unrestricted access to all of the portal features, free.
Costs are only applied when you order Managed Devices for your users or Managed Services for your business.
How quickly do my changes happen?
Generally, most adds or changes happen instantly. As our portal integrates with many vendors, there can be some delays due to system loads and/or if a particular vendor is experiencing any issues limiting their capability to deliver the change requests.
When will I receive my devices?
All devices are prebuilt and tested before being shipped from our warehouse in Sydney. We advise customers that it takes up to 5 business days for a system to be delivered ready for installation. For customers in South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania, this time can be pushed to 7 business days.
How quickly do my Office 365 licences get setup?
If you have allocated the licence to a user correctly, your licence ordered and provisioned to the configured user within minutes. The administrator of the account will receive the username and password via email.
