What happens when I order a new Phone from Boab IT?

The beauty of using Boab IT for your communication solutions is how simple and easy we make it. First, we will deploy your Cloud Phone Solution in our Data Centre. Next, we will allocate your new phone numbers, or import the numbers your business currently uses. Finally, we ship out your IP Phones ready to connect to your network. If your Phone System is already setup, we will just ship you the handsets immediately.

As all of the hard work has already been done, connecting your IP Phone is a very simple process, just unpack, plug in and off you go! If you ever have any issues, our 24×7 Service Desk is always available to answer any questions or you can log onto our portal which has lots of videos and helpful how to guides to get you started.

Will Boab IT migrate my phone numbers?

Absolutely. We understand that a business may have invested into their current phone numbers for marketing and business use. We will manage this whole process for you. Please be aware that the number porting process can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks! It can be a little frustrating but we are always there to ensure the whole process has the least amount of disruption to your business.

What features are included with each Cloud Phone Solution?

Can I use my own IP Phones?

At the moment, we don’t support IP Phones that are not manufactured by Zultys.

Can I make multiple calls at one time?

Each IP Phone can support up to 3 callers participating in a handset conference call.

Can I manage conference calls with more than 3 callers?

Absolutely, ask us about the Conference Bridge solution for your firm.
